Guitar
A guitar is a string-playing musical instrument that is typically fretted (with a few exceptions) and contains six to twelve strings. The guitar is typically held flat against the body and is played by either strumming (by the dominant hand) or plucking (by the fingers of the other hand) the strings. The fingers of one hand may also strike the strings with a guitar pick. The guitar is played by pressing the strings with the fingers of one hand against the frets of the other hand. The sound produced by the guitar can be projected either through an acoustic resonant hollow chamber or through an electronic pickup and amplifier.
8 Common Playing Styles

drums
Different genres of music necessitate different drumming styles, and this is true for all drummers. While a great drummer can excel in one specific genre, a great drummer is proficient in several different styles. Each style necessitates a different approach and has its own unique sense of rhythm and timing. Here are five of the most important drumming styles for any drummer:
1.) Rock and Punk
2.) Funk and R&B
3.) Reggae
4.) Jazz
5.) Latin
6.) Metal and Progressive

music production
Music production is the creative process of composing, recording, arranging, editing, mixing, and mastering audio to create a final piece of music. Music production can be done in a professional studio setting or at home with digital audio workstations (DAWs) and virtual instruments.
How is music made?
Musical ideas come in many forms, from simple drum and bass patterns to full songs with melody, lyrics and chord changes.
What the final product sounds like has a lot to do with the musical arrangement and the instruments used to make it. The process of creating a piece of music includes:
1. Musical ideas
2. Deciding which parts of the song will be recorded
3. Recording the performances that make up the musical arrangement
4. Editing the performances and MIDI sequencing MIDI sequencing and hard-disk recording allows us to edit the performances we have recorded in a number of different ways to change either an individual performance or the whole arrangement
5. Mixing the individual tracks of a multitrack recording
6. Mastering where the finished stereo mix is prepared for distribution as audio CD or digital file
